The buyer has the right to contact the web store at the latest within two months upon occurrence of defects, giving the invoice for the purchase of the goods. The web store is not liable for defects in the product caused by the buyer due to product defects due to inadequate storage or non-end use of the product.

If the goods purchased for any reason are not suitable, the buyer is entitled to return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns must be accompanied by a withdrawal application, the form of which can be found here. The withdrawal application must be sent by e-mail not later than within 14 days upon receipt of the goods. If it is not possible to send an application by e-mail, it can also be included with the goods with the package.

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. If possible, the buyer must refrain from damaging the package and its contents when opening the package. The buyer is required to return the web store within 14 days of sending the withdrawal claim. The web store will return the withdrawal claim to the consumer without delay, but not later than after 14 days, all charges received from the buyer, including the cost of delivering the item, unless the buyer has opted for a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery of the item, the online store does not have to return the cost, which exceeds the cost associated with the usual method of delivery. Money for returned goods is returned to the bank account specified by the buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal application. Used, damaged and opened packaging is not compensated.
