DESCRIPTION: Alice is a feminine bra with integrated support zones for the best surgical result. It is fully openable, allowing easy inspection.

The bra is intended for use after breast surgery when the skin is soft, sensitive and compression is desirable.

The bra helps to promote wound healing and protection, reducing the risk of swelling and post-operative complications.

Forward deployability from the grips and the shoulder straps with fork attachment ensure easy applicability and support adjustability for both the medical professional and the general user. For easy wound tracking, the front-opening design ensures easy wound monitoring.

The bra has wide adjustable shoulder straps for optimal support and good fit.

The 100% seamless weave increases comfort, prevents pressure points and tissue irritation. This results in maximum skin-friendliness.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE

NOTE. Do not compare the sizes of Carefix bras with normal bras. As Carefix bras are designed to provide support and compression, they need to be tight-fitting and may feel small.

The weave structure in the different compression and support zones is always determined according to the surgeons’ and nurses’ preferences and recommendations, as well as the location and size of the zone.

The compression and support zones of the different models of all Carefix bras have been tested on real patients. Each bra model is tested for indication, medical performance and comfort. All in all, this means that the suture structure, the location and size of each compression and support zone are carefully selected according to the recommendations and preferences of surgeons, nurses and end-users.

Each bra is based on a combination of different zones:

• user tests (test-retest method).
• unique and strong collaboration with health professionals, usually surgeons and nurses.

Many combinations have been tested so that the final result of the bras is fine-tuned and best in class in terms of both fit and comfort (for users) and clinical and medical performance (professional aspect).
