Tytex has launched a new face mask to help minimise the spread of airborne viruses.

When COVID-19 was classified as a pandemic, Tytex decided to use its vast knowledge of medical textiles to develop a face mask that would help reduce the risk of airborne infection and mitigate the problems associated with COVID-19.

This face mask is now in production and distribution has started. The mask is designed to be worn as a preventive garment to reduce the risk of airborne virus and hand-to-face infection.

Perspective

There is no doubt that in the future the world will see more pandemics like coronavirus, which will have a huge impact on our social life and the way we interact with others. In this context, we expect the use of face masks to increase as it is likely that mask wearing will become common practice, e.g.. when travelling. In this context, the Carefix face mask is a product with a long-term perspective.
